Manhattan Nursery School

Our aim is to create a warm, enriching and safe classroom that children are excited to enter. Our children learn at their pace with materials suited to every level, and they know that the teachers are always available for help. We scaffold children’s learning by offering assistance and giving supportive information moment to moment. Children can also do activities by themselves, and they learn to be independent and socially cooperative to peers. They are encouraged to express themselves verbally with their peers and teachers so that they realize their potential and to make their time in our classroom a joyful one. Furthermore, through structured activities and exploratory play, the children are prepared and gain the essential skills needed for kindergarten.
