Music
Music is one way for young children to connect themselves with others. Children are encouraged to participate in movements, recalling melodies and rhythm. By doing these, children develop strong sense of self-esteem and improve language skills and cognitive ability. Music helps children develop emotionally and express their feelings through music. Also, children interact with others in a positive way by listening to music and playing instruments.

Dance
Children learn to identify and perform a sequence of movement using eye-hand coordination along with movement of various parts of the body simultaneously. Children demonstrate accuracy in moving to a musical beat and maintain their body with it. While performing, children are encouraged in flexible exercises and develop sensory motor skills.

Gymnastics
Children are encouraged to have basic movement techniques such as rolls, cartwheels, headstands and be able to balance on the balancing beam. By performing a sequence of movement of walking, jumping, hopping or tumbling, children develop their gross and sensory motor skills and demonstrate a sense of proper body alignment and an ability to balance themselves.

Tennis
Children learn basic skills of tennis such as gripping of a racquet, foot work, and bumping the ball in a predetermined direction using eye-hand coordination. Children practice forehand rally using proper form of technique. Throughout these activities, children are able to coordinate a racquet and a ball, learn to use their muscles and develop motor skills.
